By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Card Details & No-Show Policy
To secure your reservation, card details may be required at the time of booking via the Stripe payment system. No payment is taken at the time of booking. Your card details are securely held and will only be charged in the event of a breach of our cancellation or no-show policy.
We reserve the right to charge a fee of £20 per person in the event of:
A no-show
A cancellation made within 5 hours of the booking time
Arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior notice
In these circumstances, your table may be released and rebooked for other guests.
Correct Venue Responsibility
Please ensure you are attending the correct venue when travelling to your booking. Arriving at a different establishment by mistake will still be treated as a no-show and charges may apply.
Table Allocation & Dining Time
While we will always do our best to accommodate seating requests, specific tables or areas cannot be guaranteed.
During busy periods, tables may be allocated for a dining period (usually 2 hours) to ensure all guests can be accommodated fairly.
Dogs
We are happy to accommodate guests bringing dogs; however, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance when making your reservation.
Dog-friendly tables are limited and located in specific areas of the pub. Without prior notice, we may be unable to seat your party immediately or may not be able to accommodate your booking if all suitable tables are occupied.
For the comfort of all guests, dogs must remain under control at all times.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
It is the responsibility of the guest to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking and again when ordering food or drinks.
Whilst we are confident in our kitchen procedures and take every reasonable precaution to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish or drink will be completely free from allergens.
Due to the nature of our kitchen and preparation areas, we do not cater for life-threatening allergies.
Children on the Premises
Families are very welcome at our pub. In line with licensing regulations, children dining with us may remain on the premises until 9:30pm. After this time, all under 18s must leave the premises.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service at its discretion where necessary to protect staff, guests, or the operation of the business.
Amendments & Cancellations
