Our December availability tends to book up very quickly, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

The Menu
This year, we’ve decided against offering a set Christmas menu.
Why?
Because our menu changes every week anyway! Throughout December, our à la carte menu will feature plenty of seasonal dishes alongside all the usual variety we offer each week.
Last year, we found that lots of Christmas parties actually wanted to order from our normal menu — particularly our weekly fresh fish specials.
So this year, rather than restricting you to a set menu, we’re keeping things simple. You’ll still find all the seasonal dishes you’d expect from a Christmas menu, just with more choice and no restrictions!

What Days Are We Open?
We’ll be honest — we love the atmosphere in the pub around Christmas. Seeing regulars, locals and familiar faces enjoying the festive spirit is something really special.
But while we love being part of it, we’re still at work and away from our own families. And after what will be a very busy December and 2027 we will need the time to switch off.
Many of our key team members are parents to young children, and working Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day is a big sacrifice.
We have a fantastic team, and we think they deserve to enjoy Christmas with their families too.
