We can provide physical gift vouchers at the pub, just pop on in and let us know you would like to purchase one and we can sort the rest.
Alternatively we can arrange gift vouchers to be sent digitally for those that cannot make it in person. Just send an email to info@thebayhorseravensworth.co.uk with the value of the voucher you would like to purchase. Then we can arrange a bank transfer directly with yourself.
All vouchers have a 6 month expiry date from the date provided on the voucher. This cannot be extended and the voucher will become void should it not be redeemed in before the expiry date.
If like us, you were affected by the local power cuts in January/February 2025 and have received a letter from Northern Power with a redeemable voucher for use at The Bay Horse Ravensworth, please read the below very carefully:

Additionally, we will not accept a voucher if you have previously been informed that you are not welcome in our establishment due to your prior behaviour.
