We are overwhelmed with the demand to book with us and we thank everyone for their interest!
Booking in advance is highly recommended to avoid disappointment. On our more popular evenings and Sunday Lunch service we can be fully booked up to 2 weeks in advance.
The best way to book a table with us is by calling us on
01325 494 437
between
Wednesday 11am - Sunday 5pm.
Please note, on Mondays and Tuesdays we are closed so we may not be around to answer the phone.
We can accept bookings via email and social media, however we do not constantly monitor those.
If you have any changes to your booking, or cannot attend and need to cancel that is fine. We urge that you contact us as soon as possible to allow us to free up any space for other people wanting to book.
To help us plan for each service, and make your time with us a memorable one, we ask when booking a table with us to please make sure you let us know if you have any of the below requirements:
-Dietary requirements/less serious allergies
-Would like to bring a dog with you
-Any mobility or wheelchair access needs
Due to us not being able to guarantee 100% any cross contamination
we unfortunately are unable to cater towards serious life threatening allergies.
For group bookings of 7 persons or more we will require the below to confirm your booking:
- A pre order in advance
-A none refundable deposit upon booking
Please note a 10% service charge will be added to the final bill for group bookings of 7 persons or more.
We generally do not cater toward Stag or Hen parties.
Please reach us at info@thebayhorseravensworth.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We often get booked up for Friday/Saturday evening and Sunday lunch at least 1/2 weeks in advance.

Yes, we dont have our own parking but we are situated next to the village green where visitors can park for free.
We have a few vegetarian options and we can make a vegan option should we be notified in advance. Please bear in mind we are a country pub that specialise in fish and meat dishes so vegetarian/vegan options are limited.
When booking a table please let us know. We can allocate a table in the bar area that is accessible via a small ramp. The toilets however both have at least one step to access.
